Understanding Accounts Per Integration

Add multiple pages or accounts to a single Client with some of your favorite integrations!

Written by AgencyAnalytics Team

Accounts Per Integration

Accounts Per Integration lets you connect multiple accounts or pages from the same data source to a single Client. This is helpful when a Client has multiple websites, ad accounts, or locations that you want to track together in one place.

  • Connect multiple separate accounts or pages from a supported integration to the same Client

  • Switch between connected pages when viewing default integration dashboards

  • Choose which connected page to pull data from when building custom dashboards and reports

For general connection steps, see the Data Sources Collection.

Which Integrations Support Multiple Accounts

AgencyAnalytics regularly adds support for more integrations. See the change log to stay updated on new releases.

The integrations below currently support multi-account connections, organized by category:

Before You Start

  • You need to have already connected the integration once to the Client before you can add another account or page. If you haven't connected it yet, follow the connection guide for that integration in the Data Sources Collection

Connect an Additional Account or Page

The steps below use Google Analytics as an example, but the same process applies to any supported integration. Just swap in the name of the integration you're working with.

Step 1: Follow the connection steps for the integration you'd like to connect. On the connection confirmation page, click Connect Another Data Source.

Step 2: Search for the integration, then click the tile for the integration you're connecting to another page. An indicator on the tile shows how many pages you've already connected.

Step 3: Choose a previously connected account from the connection list, or click Connect New Account at the bottom to add a new one.

Step 4: Repeat this process to add more pages. You can add up to 5 pages to a single Client on a mid-level subscription, or up to 10 pages on the highest-tier subscription.

Switch Between Connected Pages

Once you've connected multiple accounts or pages for an integration, you can switch between them anywhere that integration's data appears in a Client.

You can switch pages while viewing the default integration dashboards, or while adding widgets to custom reports and dashboards in that Client.

Change the Page a Widget Pulls Data From

When you're adding or editing a widget on a custom dashboard or report, you can choose which connected page it pulls data from.

Open the Edit Widget menu and go to the Data tab to find the option to change pages.
