How to connect your Mailchimp account to your AgencyAnalytics dashboard.

πŸ”Œ Connect MailChimp

To avoid a failed connection or error when integrating MailChimp within an AgencyAnalytics campaign, the person connecting must have:

  • The username and password of the MailChimp account

If the above requirements are met, simply follow these steps to connect:

  1. Open the Campaign where you'd like to connect MailChimp.

  2. Click Integrations (plug icon) on the left side menu.

  3. Search for MailChimp in the upper right search box, then click the MailChimp card.

  4. Click Connect New Account to open the connection page.

  5. In the popup authorization window, enter your MailChimp username and password then login.

If you have multiple client MailChimp accounts connected to your MailChimp account, you'll be prompted to select the account you wish to connect.

The integration will then be complete, and your client's MailChimp metrics will be available! If your MailChimp integration ever disconnects, you can learn how to easily manage a disconnected integration here.

Why am I seeing MailChimp campaigns for multiple clients?

You'll need to use a Mailchimp Agencies account to be able to separate different client campaigns when connecting. If not, we'll show all MailChimp campaigns in one dashboard.

Why can't I see the currency in AgencyAnalytics? Why isn't the data matching?

If you haven't connected a supported e-commerce integration to your MailChimp account, or built your own connection to pull from their API, then no currency or revenue data will be available in AgencyAnalytics.

You can check your ecommerce integration settings in MailChimp to make sure that's set up correctly. If you have any issues, connect with MailChimp support for help.
