To avoid a failed connection or error when integrating YouTube within an AgencyAnalytics campaign, the person connecting must:

Once connected, select the specific customer account from the connections list by checking the box to the left of the account name. Click Save in the bottom left to finish the integration process.

If you don't see the right client account in the connection list, double-check that the Google account selected in the authorization process is the one with access to your client's account.

You can resolve this by clicking the gray Connect New Account button at the bottom of the connection list, then entering the appropriate credentials and stepping through the screens again.

This usually happens when the AgencyAnalytics campaign start date doesn't match the YouTube channel's join date. Open the campaign, then click the cog in the sidebar to open settings. Under Campaign details, change the start date to match your client's YouTube join date.
