Simply, click on the question mark at the top right corner of your AgencyAnalytics screen, then click 'Contact Support'.
Once the support window opens, you can click on the 'Send us a message' button to begin a conversation.
If you don't see the support window after clicking Contact Support, double-check your ad blocker. It may be preventing this window from showing.
In the field at the bottom, type your message to the Support team. Hit enter on your keyboard or click the up icon on the right to send.
To help us assist you quickly, please include any information up front that would help us locate and replicate the issue, like the name of the Client, report, or dashboard where you're having trouble.
If you can, share screenshots or a video of the problem, and let us know if you've already tried any troubleshooting steps!
To close the chat box, simply click the blue 'down arrow' in the bottom right corner of the chat window.
