How to contact customer service
Our expert customer success team can be reached directly through your AgencyAnalytics interface.
Simply, click on your name at the top right corner of your AgencyAnalytics screen, then click 'Contact Support'.
Once the support window opens, you can click on the 'New Conversation' button at the bottom to begin a conversation.
Then, just let us know your questions and click the 'send message' (paper plane) icon.
To close the chat box, simply click the 'x' in the top right corner of the chat window.
We usually have team members online 24 hours a day Monday to Friday, and our average response time is usually less than 10 minutes on weekdays.
If you're contacting us on the weekend and nobody is available, we'll get back to you as soon as we're online.
