Other Refund Requests

As per our Terms of Service certain refund requests may be considered by AgencyAnalytics on a case-by-case basis and granted in sole discretion of AgencyAnalytics.

If you're unsure if you qualify for a refund, or believe you have a case that requires special consideration, please contact our Support team.


​Prorated refunds are not offered if a subscription is cancelled in the middle of the coverage period. In these cases the account will remain active until the last day of the renewal; after which the account will close.
