We understand that it can take some time to decide whether or not we're the right fit for you. On top of our free 14 day trial, we also offer a 30 day refund period for your new purchase.

First and foremost, if you're having issues with the platform, we encourage you to start a conversation with our live chat support team. They're available 24/5 to help you resolve any issues with AgencyAnalytics.

If you still feel we aren't the right fit, let our Support team know you'd like a refund. As long as it's within 30 days of the initial purchase, we're happy to get you refunded.

The above applies to Agency and Freelancer accounts; if you're on Enterprise please reach out to your dedicated account manager for more information.

Other Refund Requests

As per our Terms of Service, certain refund requests for Subscriptions may be considered by AgencyAnalytics on a case-by-case basis and granted in sole discretion of AgencyAnalytics.

These exceptions are as follows:

  • Refunds on new, first time purchases that are requested within 30 days of the initial purchase date

  • Monthly subscription renewals requested within 48 hours of the subscription renewal

  • Annual subscription renewals requested within 48 hours of the subscription renewal

Refunds are not offered on subscription renewals after 48 hours. Prorated refunds are not offered if a subscription is cancelled in the middle of the coverage period. In these cases the account will remain active until the last day of the renewal; after which the account will close.

If you're unsure if you qualify for a refund, or believe you have a case that requires special consideration, please contact our Support team.

The above applies to Agency and Freelancer accounts; if you're on Enterprise please reach out to your dedicated account manager for more information.
