If you still feel we aren't the right fit, let our Support team know you'd like a refund. As long as it's within 30 days of the initial purchase, we're happy to get you refunded.

Other Refund Requests
As per our Terms of Service, certain refund requests for Subscriptions may be considered by AgencyAnalytics on a case-by-case basis and granted in sole discretion of AgencyAnalytics.
These exceptions are as follows:
Refunds on new, first time purchases that are requested within 30 days of the initial purchase date
Monthly subscription renewals requested within 48 hours of the subscription renewal
Annual subscription renewals requested within 48 hours of the subscription renewal
Refunds are not offered on subscription renewals after 48 hours. Prorated refunds are not offered if a subscription is cancelled in the middle of the coverage period. In these cases the account will remain active until the last day of the renewal; after which the account will close.
