As per our Terms of Service certain refund requests may be considered by AgencyAnalytics on a case-by-case basis and granted in sole discretion of AgencyAnalytics.

Prorated refunds are not offered if a subscription is canceled in the middle of the coverage period. In these cases, the account will be active and accessible until the last day of the paid period. After which the subscription will expire, and the account will close.
