Connecting BirdEye to an AgencyAnalytics client lets you display BirdEye data without logging into your BirdEye account each time. Once connected, your BirdEye data is automatically pulled into AgencyAnalytics.

To avoid a failed connection or error when connecting BirdEye to a client, the person connecting must have:

Follow these steps to connect BirdEye to an AgencyAnalytics client:

Step 1: Open the Client where you'd like to connect BirdEye, then click the Data tab at the top.

Step 2: Click the blue + Connect Source button in the upper-right corner of the page.

Step 3: Search for BirdEye in the search bar at the top, then click the BirdEye card.

Step 4: Click the gray + Connect New Account button at the bottom, then follow the prompts to enter your BirdEye API key and Business ID and click Save.

Step 5: Choose the client account or sub-account you'd like to connect for the campaign.

Step 6: Click Save in the bottom left corner to finalize the connection.

Once connected, the integration is complete, and your client's BirdEye metrics will be imported and displayed within the dashboard.

From within your BirdEye account, go to the Account tab, then click Developers. You can copy both the API key and Business ID from there.

AgencyAnalytics can only display data that BirdEye makes available through its API. Since Tripadvisor reviews aren't currently available via the BirdEye API, they can't be displayed in AgencyAnalytics.

Due to limitations with the BirdEye API, AgencyAnalytics can only fetch the first 1,000 results.
