To avoid a failed connection or error when integrating CallRail within an AgencyAnalytics campaign, the person connecting requires:
Once you've met the above requirements follow these steps to connect:
Open the Campaign where you'd like to connect CallRail
Click Integrations (plug icon) on the left side menu
Search CallRail in the upper right search box, then click the CallRail card
Click Connect New Account in the bottom left
In the next window, enter the CallRail API key for the customer account you would like to connect, then click save in the bottom left to complete the connection
Once saved, CallRail will be connected, and you can begin adding CallRail metric widgets to dashboards and reports!

How is Lead Status (Lead Score) generated?
In CallRail, agents answering calls can assign leads a lead score. CallRail covers how to do this here. In AgencyAnalytics, "Lead Status" can be used to filter CallRail widgets based on the assigned score.
Can I listen to full call recordings in AgencyAnalytics?
Complete call recordings are playable via the CallRail integration! The player itself won't always show the full duration of long calls initially. However, the duration of the timer will increase until the call is fully loaded.
Why do I see the error "Audio file could not be loaded, please try again"?
This issue is caused by browser settings that don't allow mixed content (a mix of secure HTTPS and insecure HTTP links). We aren't able to resolve this on our end as the CallRail API sends audio files as HTTP links. As a workaround you can allow insecure content in your browser.
Why am I not seeing CallRail data?
If you're experiencing issues with CallRail data displaying in AgencyAnalytics, it may be a limitation of the CallRail API, which can affect the amount and type of data available on our end:
Only Qualified Leads are available via the CallRail API; Raw Leads are not. To verify the lead type, open the CallRail website, then open Acquisition>Lead Attribution by Source report. The Qualified Leads column will match our data.
CallRail limits data via their API based on the number of records rather than by date; we can generally fetch around 3000 records (phone calls, call recordings, form submissions, etc.). If your client receives 300 records a month, we can display 10 months of data. If your client receives 1000 records a month, we can display 3 months of data.
CallRail automatically deletes communication records older than 25 months. This means anything older than 25 months is also unavailable via AgencyAnalytics.
