Connect Simpli.fi
Step 1: Open the Client where you'd like to connect Simpli.fi, then click the Data Sources tab at the top.
Step 2: Click the blue Connect Data Source button in the upper right corner of the page.
Step 3: Search for Simpli.fi in the search bar at the top, then click the Simpli.fi card.
Step 4: Click Connect New Account to launch the authorization window.
Step 5: Follow the prompts in the OAuth window, enter your User Key, and verify the connection.
On the next page, select the client you want to connect to, then click Connect in the bottom left.
Step 6: On the next page, select the client you want to connect to, then click Connect in the bottom left corner.
Once you finish these steps, the integration is complete, and your client's Simpli.fi metrics will be imported and displayed in the dashboard.
Connect a Client Under a Different Simpli.fi Account
If the client you want to connect to is under a different Simpli.fi account, you'll need to enter that account's credentials to access it.
Step 1: Click the Connect New Account button.
Step 2: Repeat the connection steps above, entering the credentials for the other Simpli.fi account.

Where can I find my Simpli.fi user key?
If you don't have a user key, head to the My Account section of Simpli.fi to generate one. If you need further help, reach out to your client services representative at Simpli.fi.
Is the Simpli.fi data real-time?
No. Simpli.fi data is pulled once a day due to API limitations, so there may be a lag of 24 or more hours before data loads. For example, data for May 31st wouldn't update until the next day, June 1st.
Why is my data off by a few decimal points?
AgencyAnalytics rounds numbers to the nearest 2 decimal points, so you may see a slight discrepancy in values, since Simpli.fi displays up to 6 decimal points on its native platform. For example, Simpli.fi might display 6.234461%, but AgencyAnalytics rounds it to 6.24%.
