β Simpli.fi FAQ
Where can I find my Simpli.Fi user key?
If you don't have a user key, you can head to the My Account section of Simpli.Fi to generate one. If you need further assistance, please reach out to your client services representative at Simpli.Fi for help!
Is the data real-time?
Please be aware that data from Simpli.Fi is pulled once a day due to its API limitations. This means there may be a lag of 24+ hours on your data loading. For example, data for May 31st would not update until the next day, June 1st.
Why is my data off by a few decimal points?
In AgencyAnalytics, we round numbers to the nearest 2 decimal points, so there may be a slight discrepancy in the values, as Simpli.Fi displays up to 6 decimal points on the native platform.
β
For example, in Simpli.Fi, they might display 6.234461%. On our end, we would round those last decimal points up, and the number would display as 6.24%.
