π Connect HubSpot
To avoid a failed connection or error when integrating HubSpot within an AgencyAnalytics campaign, the person connecting must:
Have SuperAdmin permissions for the account
If the above requirements are met, simply follow these steps to connect:
Open the Campaign where you'd like to connect HubSpot.
Click Integrations (plug icon) on the left side menu.
Search for HubSpot in the upper right search box, then click the HubSpot card.
Click Connect New Account to launch the HubSpot OAuth window.
Follow the prompts in the OAuth window to verify and finalize the connection.
In the popup, click the circle to the left of the account you'd like to connect then click Choose Account.
On the next page take time to review the data access request. AgencyAnalytics requires access to Manage and view your CRM data, Read access from Business Intelligence API, and Basic HubSpot account information.

At the bottom check the box to confirm you understand the scope of access before clicking Connect app.
After loading the window will close and you will be directed to a confirmation page.
You can now add HubSpot widgets to dashboards and reports, or learn to configure the prebuilt HubSpot dashboard.
Disconnect HubSpot in AgencyAnalytics
To disconnect HubSpot head to the integrations page within a campaign, then click the HubSpot tile under My Integrations.
On the connection page simply click Disconnect Integration in the bottom right to disconnect this HubSpot account.

Once disconnected any data from this HubSpot account will cease to flow into AgencyAnalytics until reconnected. All widgets will show Integration Disconnected across them.

How do I remove AgencyAnalytics from HubSpot's end?

Why is a string of numbers displayed, not a form name?
When a form is initially deleted in HubSpot, it stays available via the HubSpot backend in case the customer needs to restore the form. We can't filter out these deleted forms, so we display them as we receive them, which is with a string of numbers in place of a form name.
What data endpoints are available with my HubSpot subscription tier?
Some data endpoints that are supported by our HubSpot integration are not available on all of HubSpots subscription tiers. This means some metrics or widget types will be unavailable in AgencyAnalytics if that data or dimension is not support by your HS subscription.
