In order to connect HubSpot the user connecting must have Superadmin or Administrator permissions for the respective HubSpot account.

Connecting HubSpot to AgencyAnalytics allows you to pull important analytics directly from your HubSpot account into client reports and dashboards.

How to Connect HubSpot

First navigate to the campaign where you'd like to connect the HubSpot integration, then click Integrations on the menu to the left.

Next either search HubSpot in the upper right search box, or click the Analytics category, then click HubSpot.

On the next page click Connect New Account to launch the authorization and account selection window from HubSpot.

In the popup, click the circle to the left of the account you'd like to connect then click Choose Account.

On the next page take time to review the data access request. AgencyAnalytics requires access to Manage and view your CRM data, Read access from Business Intelligence API, and Basic HubSpot account information.
At the bottom check the box to confirm you understand the scope of access before clicking Connect app.

After loading the window will close and you will be directed to a confirmation page. You can now add HubSpot widgets to dashboards and reports, or learn to configure the prebuilt HubSpot dashboard.


To disconnect HubSpot head to the integrations page within a campaign, then click the HubSpot tile under My Integrations.

On the connection page simply click Disconnect Integration in the bottom right to disconnect this HubSpot account.

Once disconnected any data from this HubSpot account will cease to flow into AgencyAnalytics until reconnected. All widgets will show Integration Disconnected across them.
