WooCommerce is an open-source e-commerce plugin for WordPress that allows you to create and manage an online store with features like inventory management, secure payments, and shipping integration.

Connecting WooCommerce to AgencyAnalytics allows you to pull important analytics directly from your WooCommerce store into client reports and dashboards.

API and Data Access

  • Data is fetched every 6 hours starting from when it is connected

πŸ”Œ Connect WooCommerce

To avoid a failed connection or error when integrating WooCommerce within an AgencyAnalytics campaign, the person connecting must:

  • Have API with read access permissions

  • Wordpress 4.4+ minimum version required

  • WooCommerce 3.5+ minimum version required

If the above requirements are met, simply follow these steps to connect:

  1. Open the Campaign where you'd like to connect WooCommerce.

  2. Click Integrations (plug icon) on the left side menu.

  3. Search for WooCommerce in the upper right search box, then click the WooCommerce card.

  4. Click Connect New Account to start the setup.

  5. Enter your WooCommerce website's URL, API Key, and API Secret (generated from your WooCommerce plugin in WordPress) then click Save.

You can now add WooCommerce widgets to dashboards and reports, or learn to configure the prebuilt WooCommerce dashboard.

❓ WooCommerce FAQ

Which URL do I use when connecting WooCommerce?

You'll need to enter the root domain as the Store URL, with either http:// or https:// included, depending on which your website uses.

For example, you would enter https://www.mywebsite.com/, rather than www.mywebsite.com/my-store/.

Can I view historical data?

Yes, 14 months of historical data is available.

Why isn't my data matching what I see in WooCommerce?

We generally see this in cases where the timezone setting in WooCommerce is different than the timezone selected for your clients AgencyAnalytics campaign. Depending on the hour difference, orders may be displayed on the next or previous day.

To resolve this, simply double check the timezone of your WooCommerce account, then update the campaign timezone to match.
