SE Ranking

Monitor and report on your client's SE Ranking keyword performance with insights into overall visibility, position, competition, and trends in position changes with the AgencyAnalytics SE Ranking integration.

Before You Start

To avoid a failed connection or error when connecting SE Ranking to a Client, the person connecting must have an API Project Key.

Important: API access is listed as a standalone add-on for SE Ranking accounts. Connect with your SE Ranking account representative to obtain an API Project Key before trying to connect this data source to AgencyAnalytics.

Connect SE Ranking

Follow these steps to connect SE Ranking to a Client in AgencyAnalytics.

Step 1: Open the Client where you'd like to connect SE Ranking, then click the Data Sources tab at the top.

Step 2: Click the blue Connect Data Source button in the upper right corner of the page.

Step 3: Search for SE Ranking in the search bar at the top, then click the SE Ranking card.

Step 4: Click the gray Plus (+) sign at the bottom to launch the authorization window.

Step 5: Get the SE Ranking API Project Key, input it in the API Project Key field, and select Save.

Step 6: Once the authorization window closes, select the correct account from the connection screen.

Step 7: Click Connect at the bottom left to finalize the connection.

Choose Rank Order

The SE Ranking keyword table previously showed each keyword's position on the last day of the date range. A monthly report was a snapshot of one day.

You can now choose how rank is summarized. The column label and tooltip update to match the option you pick.

Last day	The keyword's position on the final day of the date range. This is how Rank worked before.
Average rank	The keyword's average position across the date range.
Best rank	The highest position the keyword reached in the date range.
