π Connect CallTrackingMetrics
To avoid a failed connection or error when integrating CallTrackingMetrics to a Client, the person connecting must have:
CallTrackingMetrics API Access Key
CallTrackingMetrics API Secret
If the above requirements are met, simply follow these steps to connect:
Open the Client where you'd like to connect CallTrackingMetrics.
Click Integrations (plug icon) on the left side menu.
Click Connect Integration in the upper right corner.
Search for CallTrackingMetrics in the search bar at the top, then click the CallTrackingMetrics card.
Click Connect New Account to launch the authorization window, then follow the prompts to enter your CallTrackingMetrics credentials and verify the connection.

Where do I find my API access key and secret key?
To obtain your CallTrackingMetrics API Key, follow these instructions:
From your CallTrackingMetrics dashboard, in the top right corner, select Settings -> Account Settings.
Locate and copy your credentials under the API Integration section.
