How to set up the Synup integration

πŸ”Œ Connect Synup

To avoid a failed connection or error when integrating Synup within an AgencyAnalytics campaign, the person connecting must have:

  • Synup API Key

If the above requirements are met, simply follow these steps to connect:

  1. Open the Campaign where you'd like to connect Synup.

  2. Click Integrations (plug icon) on the left side menu.

  3. Search for Synup in the upper right search box, then click the Synup card.

  4. Click Connect New Account.

  5. Enter your Synup API key, then click Save in the bottom left to complete the connection.

The integration will then be complete, and your client's Synup metrics will then be imported and displayed within the dashboard.

How can I find my Synup API key?

To obtain your Synup API Key, follow these instructions:

  1. Login to your workspace (For example: https://example.synup.com)

  2. Click on the settings menu on the top-right in the navigation bar.

  3. Click on Integrations to view your account's API keys.

  4. Enter a simple name for the API key.

  5. Click the Generate button. An API key will be generated.
