FAQ
Where do I find Twilio Master Credentials?
If you're managing multiple sub-accounts, you'll need Master Credentials to authorize the connection. To get your Master Credentials:
Step 1: Go to your native Twilio dashboard. You should see a section titled Project Info.
Step 2: The Account SID will be displayed automatically.
Step 3: Click the eye icon to view your auth token.
How do I create a Twilio sub-account API key?
To create and obtain a sub-account API key:
Step 1: From your native Twilio dashboard, select Settings > Subaccounts on the left menu.
Step 2: Select the sub-account you want from the list.
Step 3: Click Settings on the left menu.
Step 4: Use the LIVE credentials shown on this page, or click API Keys on the left menu.
Step 5: Click the Create New API Key button on the page (shown as a large plus sign).
Step 6: Give the key a memorable name, select Master as the type, then click Create API Key.
Is a "From" phone number filter available?
A filter is currently only available for "To" (recipient) phone numbers. This is due to the current availability of the Twilio API, not an AgencyAnalytics limitation.
Is there a Twilio API call limit?
Yes. Calls to the Twilio API reach a hard cap of 15,000 due to Twilio's API pagination limits (1,000 records per page x 15 pages), combined with the risk of timeouts on AgencyAnalytics' side. This limit usually affects larger accounts with many records that are trying to view 6 to 12 months of data.
