π Connect WhatConverts
To avoid a failed connection or error when integrating WhatConverts within an AgencyAnalytics campaign, the person connecting requires:
WhatConverts API token
WhatConverts API secret key
If the above requirements are met, simply follow these steps to connect:
Open the Campaign where you'd like to connect WhatConverts
Click Integrations (plug icon) on the left side menu
Search WhatConverts in the upper right search box, then click the WhatConverts card
Click Connect New Account in the lower left
Enter the WhatConverts API token and Secret Key for the WhatConverts account you wish to connect to, then Save at the bottom left
β WhatConverts FAQ
How do I view WhatConverts form data?
To view form data, hover over the sidebar on the left and click Call Tracking. On the WhatConverts prebuilt dashboard, click the Forms tab at the top of the page. From here, click the form data in the table at the bottom to view more form details.
Can I connect a WhatConverts sub-account?
Yes! You can connect individual WhatConverts profiles by generating an API key for that profile and entering that as the API token.
Why am I seeing an error message on my WhatConverts widgets?
Some WhatConverts subscriptions have API limitations that affect how much data can be shared daily via the API. When requests are exceeded, the error below will display on widgets until the limits reset for the following day.
