Before You Start
Before you connect WhatConverts to a Client, make sure you have the following:
A WhatConverts Pro plan subscription, which is required to pull data through the API
A WhatConverts API token
A WhatConverts API secret key
Keep in mind that the WhatConverts API limits the number of records that can be fetched to 20,000. This may affect data for longer date ranges.

FAQ
Why can't I add WhatConverts data to Rollup reports or dashboards?
WhatConverts isn't currently available as an integration for Rollup reports or dashboards. This is because data warehousing isn't yet available for the WhatConverts integration.
Once data warehousing is available for WhatConverts, WhatConverts data can also be added to Rollup reports and dashboards.
Can I fast-forward audio within the WhatConverts integration?
You can listen to audio within the WhatConverts integration, but you can't fast-forward it.
Do I need to use the same timezone in the AgencyAnalytics Client settings as in my native WhatConverts account?
Yes. If you notice discrepancies in your data, check that the timezone in your Client settings matches the timezone used in your native WhatConverts account.
Can I add the data from the Custom Fields slideout to my dashboards or reports?
No. At the moment, this data is only available in the WhatConverts integration dashboard.
Can I connect a WhatConverts sub-account?
Yes. You can connect individual WhatConverts profiles by generating an API key for that profile and entering it as the API token.
Note: if you connect using your parent account's API key, AgencyAnalytics will pull data for the parent account, not the sub-account. Make sure you generate and use the API key specific to the sub-account you want to connect.
Why am I seeing an error message on my WhatConverts widgets?
Some WhatConverts plans have daily API request limits. When those limits are exceeded, WhatConverts stops sharing data until the limit resets the following day on WhatConverts' schedule.
You may see this error:
{"error_message": "Total request exceeded for the day." }
The daily limit depends on how your WhatConverts account is connected:
Profile Key: up to 1,000 requests per day
Master Key: up to 10,000 requests per day
If you're regularly hitting your limit, switching to a Master Key connection may help.
You can generate a Master Key from your WhatConverts account settings. See the WhatConverts API overview for details.
Why do my WhatConverts Google Ads numbers differ from what I see in my WhatConverts dashboard?
This is usually caused by an attribution model mismatch. AgencyAnalytics pulls data from WhatConverts using First-Click attribution, which is WhatConverts' default attribution model. The first click that brings a user to the site is credited with the lead.
However, WhatConverts lets you choose a different attribution model specifically for your Google Ads connection. If your native WhatConverts dashboard uses a different attribution model, the numbers will differ from what appears in AgencyAnalytics.
To get matching data across both platforms, make sure First-Click attribution is selected in your WhatConverts Google Ads connection settings.
How can I verify that my connected WhatConverts account matches the native WhatConverts account?
Check the first set of digits found in the Settings slideout of your connected WhatConverts integration.
Then compare this to the ID found in the URL of your native WhatConverts platform. The ID appears after /profile, for example: app.whatconverts.com/profile/xxxxx.
If the digits match, the exact account you expect has been connected in the WhatConverts integration.
