The Grade.us integration lets you impress clients with custom dashboards and reports that showcase the results of your reputation monitoring. Once connected, Grade.us data pulls directly into your Client's dashboards and reports alongside your other data sources.

To avoid a failed connection or error when integrating Grade.us to a Client, the person connecting must have:

The Grade.us API also requires at least 1 review per profile ID in order to connect and display data.

Once you have the requirements above, follow these steps to connect Grade.us to a Client:

Step 1: Open the Client where you'd like to connect Grade.us, then click the Data Sources tab at the top.

Step 2: Click the blue Connect Data Source button in the upper right corner of the page.

Step 3: Search for Grade.us in the search bar at the top, then click the Grade.us card.

Step 4: Enter the API Token and Profile ID fields, then click Save to finalize the integration setup.

The Grade.us API requires at least 1 review per profile ID in order to connect and display data.

Follow the steps in Reauthorize or Reconnect a Disconnected Integration to restore the connection.
