How to connect your Marchex account to your AgencyAnalytics dashboard.

πŸ”Œ Connect Marchex

To avoid a failed connection or error when integrating Marchex within an AgencyAnalytics campaign, the person connecting requires:

  • Marchex username and password

If the above requirements are met, simply follow these steps to connect:

  1. Open the Campaign where you'd like to connect Marchex

  2. Click Integrations (plug icon) on the left side menu

  3. Search Marchex in the upper right search box, then click the Marchex card

  4. Click Connect New Account in the lower left

  5. Enter the username and password for the Marchex account you wish to connect to, then Save at the bottom left

How do I enable CallDNA in Marchex?

The option to turn on CallDNA should be under Account > Company Info and Settings in your native Marchex account.

Why am I seeing the error "API Key is not valid"?

Currently, the Marchex API doesn't support Marketing Edge Call Tracking. If your account uses this Marchex API version, data will not be available to us via the API.
