π Connect Marchex
To avoid a failed connection or error when integrating Marchex to a Client, the person connecting must have:
A Marchex username and password
If the above requirements are met, simply follow these steps to connect:
Open the Client where you'd like to connect Marchex
Click Integrations (plug icon) on the left side menu, then click Connect Integration in the upper right corner.
Search for Marchex in the search bar at the top, then click the Marchex card.
Click the gray Connect New Account button.
Next, choose the API version your account is on from the dropdown menu, then enter either the username and password or your subscription key and API token.
Lastly, click Save in the bottom left to finalize the connection.

How do I enable CallDNA in Marchex?
The option to turn on CallDNA should be under Account > Company Info and Settings in your native Marchex account.
Where can I find my API key?
According to Marchex, the Marketing Edge API requires an authorization token to authorize requests. Only Administrators of the Marchex account you're connecting can generate this token. Click here for details!
Why am I seeing the error "API Key is not valid"?
Marchex has two versions of their API. If you're seeing the error "API Key is not valid," it likely means you've selected the Marchex AdTrack API and simply need to switch the connection to the Marketing Edge Call Tracking API.
