How to set up a Marchex integration
First, navigate to the campaign where you'd like to connect the Marchex integration, then click "Integrations" from the menu on the left side of the screen.
Next, either search Marchex in the upper right search box, or click the Phone category, then click Marchex.
Then click Connect New Account.
In the next window that appears, enter your Marchex username and password, then click "Save".
Finally, select the customer Marchex campaign that you'd like to connect. The integration will then be complete, and your client's Marchex metrics will then be imported and displayed within their campaign.
Note that you will need to have CallDNA enabled in your Marchex account for your Marchex data to be accessible. This setting is found in your account at marchex.com under Account -> "Company Info and Settings".
