  • Lite subscription level, at minimum

If the above requirements are met, simply follow these steps to connect:

  1. Open the Campaign where you'd like to connect Campaign Monitor.

  2. Click Integrations (plug icon) on the left side menu.

  3. Search for Campaign Monitor in the upper right search box, then click the Campaign Monitor card.

  4. Click Connect New Account to launch the authorization window.

  5. Sign in using your Campaign Monitor credentials then follow the prompts in the authorization window

❓ Campaign Monitor FAQ

Does Campaign Monitor support client accounts?

Client accounts, also known as sub-accounts, are supported by our Campaign Monitor integration.

If a client is running their own Campaign Monitor account, they'll need to be manually added as an individual account using account credentials. Alternatively, the client can give your agency Administrator permissions, allowing you to access and connect the client account.

Why does Campaign Monitor show the same data for all time periods?

Campaign Monitor's API only gives us values for frames of time (today, yesterday, this week, this month, this year, and all time), not specific date ranges.

This doesn't work with our date range selector because when the user selects a specific date range, we have no way of making that match the data available via the Campaign Monitor API. Instead, we simply show data for "all-time" regardless of the time period selected.

Can I add a multi-email campaign table widget from Campaign Monitor?

The Campaign Monitor API does not support multi-email campaign tables or the option for multi-campaign table analytics; it only allows a simple campaign ID call.

As a workaround, you could add multiple Campaign Monitor Single Campaign Report sections to your report, one for each email campaign.
