In order to draw in data from TikTok the TikTok account must have analytics enabled and at least one public video with views. To do so open the TikTok mobile app, head to your profile, tap the three dots, choose “Creator tools,” and select “Analytics.”

How to Connect TikTok

First, navigate to the campaign where you'd like to connect the TikTok integration, then click Integrations from the menu on the left side of the screen.

On the integrations page either search for TikTok in the upper right search box, or click Social then click the TikTok tile.

On the next screen click Connect New Account to launch the TikTok authorization window, where you'll need to sign in.

In the TikTok popup window select the login method that you typically use when signing into the TikTok platform.

On the next page in the popup window finish signing into TikTok. This step will look different depending on the method you use to login.

After signing in you'll be prompted with a permissions request page. After reviewing the requested permissions, click Continue in the bottom right to authorize the connection.

After a few seconds the window should close and TikTok will be successfully connected to AgencyAnalytics.

Backfilling Historical Data

Once TikTok is connected to a campaign historical data will begin loading. The initializing period should be short, while a popover is displayed over the prebuilt integration dashboard.

After this we'll begin to load historical data. Depending on the current speed of the TikTok API and the amount of data in the account it may take 4-6 hours to see the first 30 days of historical data.
