🔌 Connect ActiveCampaign
To avoid a failed connection or error when integrating ActiveCampaign within an AgencyAnalytics campaign, the person connecting must:
Have full admin permissions
If the above requirements are met, simply follow these steps to connect:
Open the Campaign where you'd like to connect ActiveCampaign.
Click Integrations (plug icon) on the left side menu.
Search for ActiveCampaign in the upper right search box, then click the ActiveCampaign card.
Click Connect New Account to open the connection page.
Enter your ActiveCampaign URL and API key, then click Save.
Make sure to enter the full ActiveCampaign site URL, including https:// or http://

Why can't I filter ActiveCampaign data by date?
ActiveCampaign data is not provided with date formatting via their API, which means date filters on our end cannot be applied.
Why isn't ActiveCampaign available in Custom Metrics?
Custom Metrics require date formatting, which isn't available with ActiveCampaign data. The ActiveCampaign API simply does not include date formatting.
Can I view ActiveCampaign contact data?
Currently we don't pull in contact data; if you'd like to see this added please vote for the feature request here.
Why am I only seeing 20 lines of data?
The ActiveCampaign API limits output to 20 lines per page, and doesn't allow us to fetch multiple page at once. This limits all exports to a mx of 20 lines— you can view additional data by continually scrolling.
