Connect Gravity Forms

To avoid a failed connection or error when integrating Gravity Forms to a Client, the person connecting must have:

  • API Key

  • API Secret

  • Store URL / site address for your WordPress-hosted website

  • Gravity Forms Rest API V2 enabled

If you have the above information available, simply follow these steps to connect:

  1. Open the Client where you'd like to connect Gravity Forms, then click the Data Sources tab at the top.

  2. Click the blue Connect Data Source button in the upper right corner of the page.

  3. Search for Gravity Forms in the search bar at the top, then click the Gravity Forms card.

  4. Enter the Store URL, API Key and API Secret, then Click Save to finish the connection.

Now connected, you can explore client metrics on the premade dashboard or add Gravity Forms widgets to your dashboards and reports!

HubSpot FAQ

How do I fix the 'no route was found matching the URL and request method' 404 error?

Ensure that the system settings within WordPress properly save the 'enable' REST API v2 feature. Once you add the "Authentication Key", make sure you click the "Update" button at the bottom of the Gravity Forms UI.

Does my AgencyAnalytics client's timezone setting need to match Gravity Forms native timezone?

Yes, since your AgencyAnalytics client's timezone setting sets the timezone for the Gravity Forms integration, this will need to match the native Gravity Forms selected timezone.
