Report Overview

From the home page, click Templates in the sidebar, then Reports. From here, Create New.

Whether setting a report up for the first time or editing an existing report, just click the "Add Sections" button to begin adding sections.

Edit and customize section headings and page titles at the top of each section within the reports editor.

In the second step of the report setup wizard (choose source), just select "Start from a Template".

Navigate to the "Reports" tab, tick the boxes next to the templates to be deleted, then click "delete".

Navigate to home page and click on Templates, click a template to open it for editing, then apply your desired changes.

Click the ellipsis "...", and select the tags on which you'd like to filter your keywords

Toggle the language column on/off and filter by language in reports by clicking the ellipsis "..." for the Rank Tracker table widget

Open the report for editing, and from within the top right Share button, select "Download PDF"

Download a report on demand

When creating new reports, you can clone an existing report as a starting point. You'll be prompted to do this during the creation process.

Choose to view either sample data or live data from your account within the report editor

Click the name of the report, then click Schedule at the top. This will open the scheduling wizard.

Click the name of the report, then Activity at the top of the report editor, where you'll find your sent-report logs.

Click "Create Template". In the "Choose Source" step, click "Template".

Click the report to open it's main settings screen, then click "edit design"

From within the reports section, tick the boxes next to the reports that you wish to delete, then click "Delete"

Turn any report into a template - you'll have the option of doing this when creating a new report template

Tick the box next to the name of the reports. Click "Apply Template", and then choose the template to be applied

Toggle a comparison to the previous calendar period or calendar year using the time period selector

Within the report design editor, click "Add Section", then drill down through "Misc" and select "Client Dashboard"

Navigate to the report's "Activity" tab, and under "Emails" select the ellipsis next to a report, and then select "Download"

Within the report editor, click "Add Section", then select "New Blank Section"

Within a report's "Design" tab, select the ellipsis "..." of the section you wish to remove and select "Delete"

Click the "Export" button at the top right of the report screen, then choose "Get Link"

To change the title of a report, open the report editor and click on the title at the top left of screen

Quickly send a one off report from the report details window by selecting "Send Now" from the export menu.

Whether setting a report up for the first time or editing an existing one, choose "Paused" in the report's schedule frequency.
