Are you looking for a scalable approach to set up your campaigns quickly? Then sit back and watch our 5-step guide to scale with AgencyAnalytics. In less than 5 minutes, you'll have a well-rounded understanding of the various tools our platform provides that enable agencies to save time and focus on what matters most: growing your agency!

For more information, scroll past the video for a step-by-step breakdown of everything the demo covers.

1) Create Campaigns

Creating campaigns for your clients is the first step in your AA journey. A campaign refers to one website or URL for which you're tracking metrics.

Campaigns in AgencyAnalytics act as the central location for each client's dashboards and reports.

2) Connect Integrations

After you've set up your campaigns, the next step is to connect your client's integrations in each. Jump over to the integrations menu and begin connecting over 75 platforms to bring your client's data into AgencyAnalytics instantly!

You can also demo integrations before connecting accounts to preview what's available in each.

3) Create Dashboards

Once your integrations are connected, it's time to create custom dashboards for each campaign.

To create a dashboard, you have a few options available to get started:

  • Create from blank: you can build one from scratch if you're feeling creative.

  • Start from a Template: you can immediately bring in data from one of our pre-built templates, or your own if you've created one beforehand.

  • Clone an existing dashboard: Or you can clone a dashboard that already exists in another campaign, immediately bringing those designs into this campaign.

4) Create Reports

Dashboards are a great portal to view dynamic data, but what if you want to send this dashboard to your client directly?

You can easily do this by adding the dashboard to a report as a section page!

By following this method, you will quickly migrate the dashboard you previously set up to a report as a section page.

Keep in mind that this report page is now separate from the dashboard, so if you make a change in the report it will not make changes to your existing dashboard and vice versa.

This is what makes dashboards and reports two different tools in our app. Dashboards are great for showing dynamic data on the fly while reports excel at sharing data with your clients directly when each reporting cycle is complete.

5) Set Report Schedules

Once you've set up a report to your liking, you can create a recurring schedule.

Our platform will automatically format the report based on the date range that's selected, then send it to the recipients entered.

Once you've set up a schedule, you'll be able to view the recipient's activity moving forward. This is great because it enables agencies to track their client's engagement with reports and verify if they are viewing them.

Bonus Tip: Templates

Templates offer a great way to plan and design campaigns, dashboards and reports before creating them.

There are three different template types in AgencyAnalytics:

  • Section templates: these are for dashboard sections and are great for importing multiple dashboards into a campaign quickly.

  • Report templates: these are for reports specifically, and allow you to apply an entire report to a campaign immediately

  • Campaign templates: these contain both section and report templates into one file. If you're planning to use the same dashboards and reports for every client, you can leverage a campaign template to immediately bring both of these into your campaigns when you're creating them at the very beginning. This combines all 5 steps outlined above into a single file!

Lastly, don't forget to white label your account before giving your clients access to dashboards and reports. Additionally, you can set up a custom domain and customize the email address that client reports are sent from!

So those were the 5 steps to quickly scale with AgencyAnalytics!

By adding your dashboards to reports, you can trim down the time it takes to create reports. Setting a recurring report schedule allows our system to handle the reporting process so you can focus your time and efforts on growing your business.

If you choose to leverage templates early on, you'll stack time savings like a reporting wizard and will quickly see your ROI with AgencyAnalytics!
