By default, report emails sent by AgencyAnalytics on your behalf are sent from the address "noreply@clientseoreport.com".
This email address can be updated to a branded or white label email by making changes to DNS settings and options available through your web host. Specifically, you'll need the technical understanding to create a TXT and CNAME record.
How to customize the email address reports send from
Before contacting our Customer Support team make sure you have:
The exact email address you'd like reports sent from
Access to your sites web host DNS settings
With that information on hand, send a message to our Customer Support team letting them know you'd like to setup a custom email address for your account.
Our engineers will handle setup on our end, and we'll share the settings that must be changed on your end for this to take effect.
Please note that we are unable to provide technical support for configuring DNS settings in your web host. The specific steps to do so vary dramatically between web hosts. You'll need to contact your web host directly for help.
Frequently Asked Questions
How your sender name and reply-to address appear by default
When AgencyAnalytics sends reports or invitations on your behalf, the sender name shown to your clients is pulled from the Company field in your account settings — not from the email address itself. This applies to both scheduled report emails and staff/client invitation emails, and is part of AgencyAnalytics' white labeling.
The reply-to address is automatically set to the email on file for your account's Admin user, so any client replies go directly to your inbox.
Why aren't my clients receiving report emails or invitations?
If your clients aren't receiving emails, ask them to whitelist noreply@clientseoreport.com, this is the address report and invitation emails are sent from by default.
