A More Intuitive Platform—Built for the Way Agencies Work

We’ve redesigned AgencyAnalytics to better reflect how your agency works with clients—making it easier to navigate, discover features, and streamline daily tasks.

Our fresh new navigation is now available. This isn’t just a visual update—it’s a more intuitive experience tailored to how agencies work.

Timeline for Switching to the New Navigation

→July 15, 2025: The New Navigation was made available for all users to switch on from their profile drop-down.

→August 13, 2025: All users were switched over to the New Navigation automatically, but had the option to switch back if more time was needed.

→October 27, 2025: All users (including Admins, Staff, and Clients) were switched to the New Navigation automatically and permanently. This release included several improvements driven directly by user feedback to make the transition smoother and better aligned with how agencies work.

The New and Improved AgencyAnalytics Navigation

Platform navigation has been revamped to be more intuitive and streamlined, so you can get where you're going faster and with ease!

In the new experience, the left and top navigation bars no longer change when you switch between pages and Clients. These options persist and, when clicked, open account-level pages where you can manage everything!

On the Reports, Goals, Tasks, Alerts, and Custom Metrics pages, you'll see items from all Clients you have permission to view. You can use the Client filter to quickly view content for a specific Client or selection of Clients.

You'll also be able to apply any previously available filters from this area, making it clearly visible which filters have been applied.

We've introduced the Client Profile, where you can jump between Dashboards, Reports, Proposals, Tasks, Goals, Benchmarks, Alerts, Data Sources, Users, and Insights for any Client you choose.

Benchmarks was added to the Client Profile as this feature is Client-specific, making this a more logical placement. You'll find other Data Analysis tools like Alerts and Custom Metrics surfaced in the left navigation.

Note: Based on feedback from customers using our new navigation, we've made the Client Profile view full-screen. This delivers a more immersive and focused experience when managing a client-specific workflow. In order to see the Client Profile in full screen, please select the hamburger button next to the dashboard name to collapse the dashboard menu.

After collapsing this menu, you can still access all dashboards within a client, by selecting the same hamburger button, and a dashboard drop-down will become available, allowing you to select the desired custom or data source dashboard. We've also re-introduced data source categories based on popular demand.

We've streamlined the sidebar by relocating features that aren't imperative to an agency's daily workflow. Under the profile drop-down menu in the lower left corner, you'll now find Settings, Billing, Users, and Labs.

In this lower left-hand corner, you'll also find your Notifications, Downloads, and Help & Support options, including the Knowledge Base, the Request a Feature option, a quick way to Contact Support via live chat, and your Control Panel.

The New Navigation for Your Clients

Your Clients with portal access will also notice a refreshed design as well as some navigation updates. The clean, polished look and feel makes it easier than ever for them to explore their performance on-demand, including any custom and data source dashboards you've given them permission to access.

❓FAQs About the New Navigation

Q: Why did you change the AgencyAnalytics navigation?

A: We’ve reimagined the structure of the platform to better match your day-to-day workflows—making it:

  • Easier to navigate and accomplish what you need to

  • Faster to onboard new team members

  • More efficient to manage campaign data, analyze performance, and deliver value to your clients.

To start this redesign, we began by listening to you, our users.

Through interviews, usage analysis, and direct feedback, we focused on understanding what makes the platform great today and where it was falling short in supporting your workflows.

We’ve continued listening closely to your feedback throughout the rollout phases. Your suggestions have driven meaningful improvements that have helped us deliver an even better platform.

This update is all about helping your agency move faster, work smarter, and scale with confidence.

Q: Did you change the names of certain features?

A: Yes! We took this opportunity to rename the following features, as it was found during our testing that these new names resonated more with users.

  • Integrations → Data Sources

  • Bulk Operations → Bulk Actions

  • Account-level Dashboards → Roll-up Dashboards*

*Functionality of these dashboards has not changed with this name change, although expanded functionality has been added. This includes a powerful new way to streamline multi-client reporting and unlock agency-wide insights. Please note that the Dashboard section in the left panel is exclusive for Roll-up dashboards. Client-specific dashboards can only be found within the Client Profile.

For a detailed overview on our Roll-up dashboards features, please see our main article Roll-up Reports and Dashboards.

Q: Where can I find Goals, Alerts, and Custom Metrics in the new navigation?

A: These features have all moved into Project Management and Management sections, which you’ll find in the left nav menu.

Use the client filter at the top to filter data in any of these features for a specific client.

Q: Where can I find Users, Billing, Labs, and Settings?

A: These crucial yet not day-to-day features have all moved into your profile drop-down at the lower left.

Q: When I open the Report page, why can't I find the tab to view scheduled or unscheduled reports?

A: You can still do this on the report page! Instead of switching between pages, click the Scheduled or Unscheduled buttons at the top right of the Reports table. You can also select the "All" option to see both scheduled and unscheduled reports in the same table.

Q: When I click between Clients, why can’t I see my clients’ branding that I’ve set for them?

A: Don’t worry, any previously set Client branding will still be visible to your Client users when they log into their portals.

For consistency, we made the decision to maintain your agency’s branding on your account’s main navigation, rather than switching between Clients’ branding.
