Why isn't my report logo displaying properly?Logos can take up to 10 minutes to display and should be in SVG format
Are there any size limitations on logo files?Aspect ratio is more important than size for proper display. Logos of reasonable size can be resized dynamically by our system
Can I switch from linked accounts to multiple white label or vice versa?It's not possible to do this in an automated way. The process would involve exporting data, then importing it into the new account.
How do I co-brand with the client's logo and my agency logo?You'll need to merge the two logos into a single file
