The Icon logo must be exactly 196 x 196 pixels. The Report and Interface logos do not have any size restrictions that are set in stone.

Our system is able to resize most logos so that they'll display in an aesthetically pleasing manner. Logo files that are very small may appear pixelated, and logo files that are extremely large may not be resized properly.
