Unfortunately, it is not possible to edit the location of a keyword/location pair. Changing the location changes the SERPs, and would make the keyword's ranking history null and void. So if you've made a mistake, you'll instead need to delete the keyword and start fresh.
Keyword/location pairings cannot be modified. Instead, add an additional location, and optionally delete the existing location
