Rank Tracker is available as a paid add-on to any AgencyAnalytics subscription.
🔌 Enable Rank Tracker
Open the Client where you'd like to enable Rank Tracker.
Click Integrations (plug icon) on the left side menu.
Search for Rank Tracker in the upper right search box, then click the Rank Tracker card.
Click Enable at the bottom left.
After a few moments, you'll be directed to a confirmation screen with Rank Tracker integrated.

How often are rankings updated?
Rankings are updated every 24 hours. To check when a keyword was last updated:
Navigate to the SEO -> Rank Tracker section.
Hover over the keyword in question under the search engine column.
The first piece of information will be a "last checked" time. Eg. 14 hours ago.
How many positions does AgencyAnalytics monitor for each search engine?
Our Rank Tracker integration monitors the following number of positions for each search engine:
Google Organic | 100 |
Google Local | 20 |
Bing | 50 |
Google Mobile | 100 |
Can I upload keywords using a .csv file?
Currently, the only method for adding new keywords is via the "add keywords" wizard, either by typing them or copying and pasting a list.
If you have historical rankings to import, you can upload a keyword list that includes rankings data by following these steps.
Can I export ranking data?
You can definitely export ranking dating from our Rank Tracker! This article will walk you through it.
Can I import historical keyword tracking data?
Absolutely! You can either manually import data into our Rank Tracker from any source via our "Import" function described here.
Alternatively, we support importing rankings from a number of other rank-tracking tools via the instructions here.
Can I allow client users to add their own keywords?
Yes! You'll need to set the appropriate permissions within the client user's account for them to do so. Find the steps to update Client permissions here!
How are keyword/location pairs counted toward my account's keyword limit?
In Rank Tracker, each keyword/location pairing counts as a separate keyword. Let's say that you're tracking the following 3 keywords with the following 3 locations:
The number of keywords counted against your account allotment would be 3 keywords * 3 locations = 9 total keyword/location pairings (Search engines do not factor into the calculation).
