How to edit your AgencyAnalytics subscription
As the Admin, you have access to the Billing page, where you can make any necessary changes to your subscription.
By default, Admin users are the only team member who can make edits to your subscription or account information. On some plans, the Admin can update Staff user permissions to allow them access to Billing.
Change to a different subscription level
On the Subscription tab of the Billing page, look for the Plan section. In the upper right, click Upgrade to edit your subscription.
The Plan section will expand to display all currently available plans, what they include, as well as how much they would cost based on your current campaign usage.
Upgrading or downgrading is easy, simply click the plan tile you'd like to switch to. Your subscription summary on the right will update to show the new plan, as well as any credits or coupons. When you're ready, click Update Subscription to finalize your purchase and plan change.
Change to a different billing interval
On the Subscription tab of the Billing page, locate the Subscription Summary to the right. The highlighted interval at the top shows your current subscription type.
In this example, we're on Agency Monthly. To switch to Yearly, click Yearly to select the new interval. The renewal summary will reload to display your updated total, as well as any coupons or credits.
Click Update Subscription to charge the card on file with the updated amount, minus any prorated credits depending on how close to your monthly renewal you made the switch.
Add or remove campaigns
Head to the Billing page by clicking Billing on the Home left sidebar, then locate the Plan section at the top. To the far right of the Campaign tracker, click Update.
Next, click the plus icon or minus icon to increase or decrease your current campaign count. All of our plans include a minimum number of campaigns; if you're already at the minimum you won't be able to decrease below that.
Once you've added or removed the appropriate number of campaigns, head to the Subscription Summary on the far right to verify the changes and finalize your checkout.
Any new charges or prorated credits will be displayed here, as well as the amount of your next renewal. When you're ready click Update Subscription to finalize the transaction and charge the card on file.
In this example, we added 10 new campaigns to our account somewhat close to our renewal date. As a result we're charged the prorated amount for the remainder of this billing interval, and our next renewal will be for 20 campaigns total.
Purchase add-ons
Head to the Billing page by clicking Billing on the Home left sidebar, then scroll down to the add-ons section.
Click the Add-ons tab at the top of the page or click the link in the add-ons section to open the add-ons marketplace.
Click Try it! on any listed add-on to add it on a trial basis to your account. Add-on trials last 14 days and will automatically renew on your subscription at the end of the trial period.
Change add-on quantity
Some add-ons come in packs with a preset quantity that you can add more of, if needed. For example, our Rank Tracker add-on comes in packs of 500 keywords. If you need more than 500 keywords, you can add additional packs to your subscription.
Head to the Billing page by clicking Billing on the Home left sidebar, then scroll to the Add-ons section. Click update in the upper right, then click the plus or minus icons to increase or decrease the quantity you need.
The Subscription Summary on the right will update to reflect the updated add-on amount. When you're ready, click Update Subscription to finalize your purchase of these add-ons.
Remove add-ons
To remove an add-on entirely from your subscription, click the "cancel" button next to the add-on's name on the Billing page, then confirm you'd like to remove them in the confirmation popup.
The add-on will be removed from your subscription summary, and the applicable credit will be listed instead. The total amount due will read "$0.00".
Change or update the payment method on file
Head to the Billing page by clicking Billing on the Home left sidebar, then scroll down to Payment Details. In the upper right, click Update to enter edit mode.
The Payment Details section will expand to reveal the required fields for your selected payment method.

If changing from Paypal to Credit Card or vice versa simply click the circle beside the payment opposite payment method and the form will update appropriately.
Fill out all the billing fields with your updated credit card or billing information, then click Save in the bottom left to lock in these changes for your next charge or renewal.
If you've switched to PayPal or have updated the company information clicking Save will redirect you to the PayPal website to login and enter or confirm payment details. Once finished you'll be directed back to the updated billing page.
Review your next renewal
To review the amount due on your next billing date, click Billing on the left-side menu to open the Billing page.
Your next renewal total and date of the renewal can be seen on the right hand side, in the Subscription Summary. This shows a breakdown of the upcoming charge, and will display any credits or coupons applied as well.
