Purchase a subscription by clicking your profile icon in the bottom left, then click Billing.

How to Purchase a Subscription

Your account Admin can access the billing portal to purchase a subscription. To quickly jump to the billing page, click Upgrade Now in the trial banner at the top of your screen.

Alternatively, click the user profile icon in the lower left and then click Billing in the pop-out menu.

For a detailed comparison of available plans, scroll down on the Billing page. When ready, click Select Plan to move on to Client selection and add-ons.

Next, make a few choices for your subscription:

  1. Increase the number of Clients your subscription will start with. You can always increase or decrease this later.

  2. Select which currency you'll be charged in.

  3. Choose between a Yearly or Monthly subscription. Annual subscriptions come with a 20% discount.

Annual subscriptions come with a significant upfront discount. Due to this substantial discount, we do not offer pro-rated or partial refunds if you cancel the subscription partway through the year.

You can also purchase optional add-ons with your subscription. On the right under Order Summary you'll see the updated amount with the add-ons and additional Clients included.

When you're ready, click the Continue button in the bottom right to move to payment details.

Enter your billing address and credit card or PayPal information. Credit cards used for purchase must support 3DS authentication for the purchase to be successful.

On the right you can review any required tax, and review the amount due in your selected currency. When ready, click Sign Up in the bottom right.
