How to edit your AgencyAnalytics subscription
As the Admin, you have access to the Billing page, where you can make any necessary changes to your subscription.
By default, Admin users are the only team members who can edit your subscription or account information. On some plans, the Admin can update Staff user permissions to allow them access to Billing.
Change to a different subscription level
Under Subscription Details, on theย Subscription tab of the Billing page, you can find a breakdown of your current plan and add-ons.
To upgrade or change your subscription, click Change Plan.
The Plan section will display available plans, features, and costs based on your current Client usage. The Current Plan tag will indicate your current plan.
Upgrading or downgrading is easy; simply click Select Plan for the subscription you'd like to switch to, then make any final plan adjustments, like changing the Client count or billing interval. When ready, click Continue.
On the right under Order Summary, you'll see a breakdown of your new subscription, additional clients, and any prorated credits from your previous plan.
When ready, click Purchase to complete your order!
Change to a different billing interval
On the Subscription tab of the Billing page, locate the Subscription Details to view your current plan and billing interval. Click Change Plan to compare and modify your Plan.
In this example, we're on Freelancer Monthly. Click the Annual toggle in the upper right to switch to Yearly, and preview each plan's per-month cost comparison.
When ready, click Modify plan for a final review before purchasing. The renewal summary will display your updated total, including any pro-rated credits.
Click Continue to review your billing information before the purchase.
Lastly, click Purchase to finalize the upgrade from Monthly to Annual, and charge the card on file with the updated amount
Add or remove Clients
Click your user profile in the upper right corner, then click Billing to go to the Billing page.
To the far right of the Client tracker, click Update.
Next, click the plus icon or minus icon to increase or decrease your current Client count. All of our plans include a minimum number of Clients; if you're already at the minimum, you can't decrease below it.
Once you've added or removed the appropriate number of Clients, review the Subscription Summary on the right to verify the changes and finalize your checkout.
In this example, we added five new Clients a few days after our initial purchase. As a result, we're charged the prorated amount for the remainder of this billing interval, and our next renewal will be for 20 Clients in total.
Purchase add-ons
Click your user profile in the upper right corner, and click Billing to go to the billing page.
Click the Add-ons tab at the top of the page or click the link in the add-ons section to open the add-ons marketplace.
Click Try For Free to initiate a 14-day free trial of Rank Tracker. After 14 days, the add-on will be charged to your subscription unless canceled.

Increase or decrease the add-on amount
Some of our add-ons, like Rank Tracker, have quantities that can be increased or decreased depending on your clients' ongoing needs.
From the Billing page, scroll to the Addons section and click Update in the upper right.
You can then adjust the add-on totals by clicking the plus or minus arrows in the pop-up window.
Add-ons cannot be decreased below your account's active usage. If you're tracking 995 keywords, you won't be able to reduce the add-on to 500 until the keywords are removed from tracking.
Remove an add-on from your subscription
To remove an add-on entirely from your subscription, click the Remove button next to the add-on's name on the Billing page, then confirm your decision in the confirmation pop-up.
The add-on will be removed from your subscription summary, and the applicable credit will be listed instead. The total amount due will read "$0.00".
Change or update the payment method on file
Click Billing on the Home left sidebar to go to the Billing page. Then scroll down to Payment Details. In the upper right, click Update to enter edit mode.
The Payment Details section will expand to reveal the required fields for your selected payment method.
โ
If you want to change from PayPal to a Credit Card or vice versa, simply click the circle beside the payment method opposite, and the form will update appropriately.
Fill out all the billing fields with your updated credit card or billing information, then click Save in the bottom left to lock in these changes for your next charge or renewal.
If you've switched to PayPal or have updated the company information, clicking Save will redirect you to the PayPal website to log in and enter or confirm payment details. Once finished, you'll be directed back to the updated billing page.
Review your next renewal
To review the amount due on your next billing date, click your user profile in the upper right corner, then click Billing to go to the Billing page.
The Subscription Details section at the top shows your next renewal total and date, the plan name, client count, and currently subscribed add-ons.
Ensure your finance team has everything they need by adding them as an additional recipient to your subscription invoices! Additional recipients do not require a User account in AgencyAnalytics.
