How to remove add-ons
Removing add-ons is similar to purchasing add-ons. Start by navigating to your billing portal, by clicking your icon in the upper right, then 'billing' from the dropdown.
Then, click "Update Subscription".
On the next page, use the minus sign in the bottom left to reduce your campaign count. When reducing the campaign count, you aren't able to reduce below the number of active campaigns in use in your account, or below our campaign minimum. For Freelancer this is 5 campaigns, and for Agency this is 10 campaigns.
Click Save in the bottom left to proceed to the next page. Then, use the minus buttons to reduce or remove any add-ons that are currently on your plan.
Your charges summary section will display any credits if applicable. The total amount due will read "$0". Click "Complete Purchase" in the bottom left, even if the amount is $0, to finalize the change to your add-ons.
