How to customize logos

This article will cover the process of customizing:

  • Default account logos
  • Campaign specific logos

Default account logos

These settings are used for your custom url login page, control panel views, and for any campaign where you haven't applied campaign specific color settings.

To update or modify, navigate to your White Label control panel by clicking your name in the upper right hand corner of your dashboard, and selecting "White Label".

Alternatively, this is also accessible through the sidebar

Campaign specific logos

These settings are used for the interface and reports in specific campaigns, where you want to use a different branding profile than the default profile that you've configured at the account level.

To update or modify, navigate to your campaign specific White Label control panel by clicking the "gear" icon next to the campaign name (at the top of the page), and selecting "White Label".

Types of Logos Available

Interface Logo

Note: The Interface logo must be in PNG, GIF, or JPG format. A transparent background is highly recommended.

Click the appropriate "Update Logo" button to upload or change the Interface logo.

The interface logo will appear at the top of every screen in your dashboard interface (in place of the AgencyAnalytics logo), and in the same location in the dashboard interfaces of your client and staff users.

Campaign specific logos will appear in the same way, but for the chosen campaign only.

The interface logo will also appear in place of the AgencyAnalytics logo on the login screen of your custom domain or custom sub-domain. (This setting is not applicable for campaign specific logos)

Report Logo

Note: The Report logo must be in SVG format. For assistance in converting your logo to SVG, please contact AgencyAnalytics' support team.

Click the appropriate "Update Logo" button to upload or change the Report logo.

The Report logo will appear on all PDF reports, including both downloaded and scheduled reports. Campaign specific logos will be displayed in the same way, but for the chosen campaign only.

Icon Logo

Note: The Icon logo must be in PNG format and must be exactly 196 x 196 px.

Click the appropriate "Update Logo" button to upload or change the Icon logo.

The Icon logo will be used for both your Favicon and your mobile icon. This logo is available for configuration only under the account level white label settings.

If you're not familiar with the term, a Favicon is an icon associated with a URL that is variously displayed, as in a browser's address bar or next to the site name in a bookmark list. Click here to read the Wikipedia entry on Favicons. While a favicon may seem to be a small part of your branding strategy, having a custom favicon really showcases your brand's attention to detail and can be an important signifier of professionalism.

Here is an example showing the favicons for "Awesome Company" demo account.

The mobile icon is displayed when your clients create a shortcut to your white labeled dashboard on their mobile device homescreen.
