What is a campaign?One campaign generally equals one client. In each campaign you can track SERPs, attach social media accounts, track PPC ads, and more
Create a campaignClick "Create Campaign" in your root control panel, then step through the wizard
Edit a campaign nameTo change a campaign's name, head to the campaign's settings panel, then edit your settings.
Edit a campaign URLTo change a campaign's URL, head to your campaign's "Settings" area via the left side menu, then edit the URL.
Change the campaign languageClick into your campaign settings and select your campaign language from the dropdown.
Change campaign viewReview top level account data for every campaign by toggling to "List" view. Find campaigns more easily with our visual "Thumbnail" view
Clone a CampaignFrom the home dashboard, hover a campaign, click "..." to open the menu, then choose "Clone Campaign" from the dropdown menu.
Delete a campaignIn "thumbnail view" hover over the campaign to delete, and click the trashcan icon
Create a Campaign TemplateUse custom campaign templates to quickly create client campaigns, prefilled with your custom dashboards and reports.
Edit campaign templatesFrom the campaign templates page, click the template name to edit, then update and save.
Delete a campaign templateFirst, navigate to the templates page, then the campaign tab. From here, click the box beside the campaign, then confirm to delete.
Rename a FolderHover over the folder from the campaign overview page, then click the ... in the upper right. Add the new name, then Save your changes!
Add a brand new campaign to a folderUse the "campaign creation wizard" to add a brand new campaign to a folder right when you create it
Add an existing campaign to a folderGroup and organize your existing campaigns into folders by hovering over the campaign thumbnail, then clicking the "folder" icon
Create a Group (Folder)Groups/folders are created simply by adding a campaign to the folder and providing the folder with a name.
Remove a campaign from a folderOpen the folder, hover over the campaign, and click the middle "folder" option.
Delete a folderRemoving all campaigns from a folder automatically deletes the folder.
Can I restore a deleted campaign?Campaigns deleted within the past 30 days can usually be restored
Is it possible to pause or archive a campaign?We don't currently offer the ability to pause or archive a campaign.
Does it matter if I enter a campaign as http versus https?HTTP/HTTPS are treated as being equivalent by our platform.
Why doesn't the "All Time" date range display all of my data?"All Time" means "All time for the life of the campaign". To see data going further back, please use the "Custom" time period option
I received an error message when importing historical rankings dataThis usually results from improper formatting of either a CSV file, or of the folder structure
