How to Clone a Client
To get started, navigate to the Home page. From there, hover over the Client you'd like to clone, then click the ellipsis menu to open a dropdown. Click Clone Client to launch the creation wizard.
Next, click the circles next to the areas of the existing Client you wish to copy to the new Client.
Reports | Clone all existing reports from your Client |
Dashboards | Clone all existing dashboard sections from your Client |
User Access | Clone all users and user permissions of anyone with user access to your Client |
Agency Markup | Clone agency markup percentages from your Client |
When you've selected what you want to copy, click Next at the bottom left.
You'll then be prompted to enter the Client details. The Client title and website address are mandatory fields. Click Advanced Settings to configure additional options.
Under Advanced Settings, you can choose the Report Delivery Time zone (which determines what time zone your reports will be sent within) and the Group (where you can add the Client to an existing group or create a new group).
Lastly, click Complete at the bottom left to finalize the cloning process. It may take a few seconds to complete, then will redirect you to the integrations page where you can connect integrations to finish setting up your cloned Client.
