We’ve made it easy to manage your clients’ experience in AgencyAnalytics. Inside each Client Profile, you’ll find a dedicated Client Portal section that lets you easily give clients on-demand access to their live performance data. This helps to improve transparency with your clients, while keeping everything simple for your team to access, customize, and manage in one place.
The Client Portal allows you to manage multiple Client features:
Branding customization: upload your Client interface logo and primary interface color, while showing a preview of the interface they will see with the settings applied. This functionality is available on some plans.
Note: The preview is not an exact representation of what your Client will see in their portal. This is just a general preview.
Dashboard Control: manage which custom dashboard sections you would like your Client users to be able to see in their portal.
Note: On Freelancer plans, giving clients access to the Client Portal automatically gives them access to all of your custom dashboard sections and integration dashboards. Dashboard customization options are only available on higher-tier plans.
Streamlined user management: add or remove Client users for the Client, and manage their permissions in a single place.
It is important to note that user management is still also available in the Users section, where you can edit user permissions to access the desired integration dashboards. Read more about User creation and management here.
You can also edit Client user access to custom dashboards, by selecting "Edit dashboard", select the ellipsis (...) next to dashboard section that you would like to edit access, select "Edit", and you can check/uncheck Client access.
