How to change the time zone for report delivery
Different time zones can be specified for each of your Clients. This setting impacts the way that data is displayed on your dashboards and the exact time your reports are sent, ensuring your clients receive their reports at the right time, regardless of where they are in the world.
To change your Client's time zone, click "Settings" at the bottom of the Client left-side menu.
You should be on the Client Details page by default. If not, select Client Details from the settings page menu.

On this page, click the dropdown under Timezone. Select the timezone that corresponds closest with your Client.
This will ensure that reports are sent based on the timezone you've chosen. For example, if you've set a report to send at 2 p.m. and your timezone is Australia/Melbourne, the report will be sent at 2 p.m. Melbourne time.
