Configure Client time zone & report delivery time zone

Set the time zones for your reports and Client data within your Client's "Settings" section.

How to change the time zone for report delivery

Different time zones can be specified for each of your Clients. This setting impacts the way that data is displayed on your dashboards and the exact time your reports are sent, ensuring your clients receive their reports at the right time, regardless of where they are in the world.

To change your Client's time zone, click "Settings" at the top right corner of your Client view.

By default, you should be on the Client Details page. If not, select Client Details from the settings page menu.

On this page, click the dropdown under Timezone. Select the timezone that corresponds closest to your Client and hit 'Save.'

This will ensure that reports are sent based on the timezone you've chosen. For example, if you've set a report to send at 2 p.m. and your timezone is Australia/Melbourne, the report will be sent at 2 p.m. Melbourne time.
