How to create a report using a pre-configured report template

In order to assist our customers with quickly designing reports that will "wow" their clients, we offer a variety of pre-designed report templates to choose from.

Begin by clicking "Create Report" as normal to start the "Report Creation" wizard.

Select your campaign and give your report a title. Then, in the third step of the wizard (Choose Source), select the "Start from a Template" option.

You'll then be presented with a list of templates to choose from. Scroll down past the "My Report Templates" list (if you have custom templates that you've already designed) to reach the list of pre-configured report templates.

Tick the radio box next to your selection, then click "Continue". 

Your report will then be created, based off from the pre-configured template that you've chosen. You'll then be able to edit the report further and apply any additional customizations.
