Create client accountsCreate client accounts from the Users page, accessible via the sidebar on the left of your Home page.
Create staff accountsStaff accounts can be created through the Users control panel in your account level dashboard
Assign permissions for client usersAssign and modify client permissions via the Users control panel
Assign permissions for staff usersAccess permissions for staff users can be assigned at a granular level via the Users control panel
Clone user permissionsWhen creating a user, select which user's permission you want to copy after setting up their login credentials and campaign access
Delete client/staff user accountHover over the account to be deleted, and click the red "trash" icon
Change the admin user on an accountJust swap out the admin email, username, password, and photo. If you can no longer access the admin account, please contact our support team
Modify existing user accountsEdit permissions, log in as a user, or delete a user's account
Login as a client or staff userIn the user control panel, hover over the client user account, then click the "arrow" icon
Disable AgencyAnalytics support chat iconHead to your account settings, then, under the "Advanced" tab select "No" from the Support Icon drop-down option.
Reset PasswordNavigate to your login URL and use the "forgot password" option.
Change your account's languageAdmins can click "edit profile" and select a language from the dropdown
Update passwordClick your name in the upper right hand corner of your screen, select "Edit Profile", choose the "Password" tab, and make your changes
Reset client passwordEither use the "Forgot Password" functionality at your company's white labeled URL, or set a new password from the user's permissions screen
Add or update your account photoClick your name in the upper right hand corner, click "edit profile", navigate to the "Users" tab, then click the "Upload" icon
Update account login emailClick your name in the upper right hand corner, click "edit profile", navigate to the "Users" tab, then modify your username
Update account emailClick your name in the upper right hand corner, click "edit profile", navigate to the "Users" tab, then change your email address
Allow client users to connect their own integrationsWith the appropriate permission settings, clients can connect their own 3rd party accounts
Client User Profile AccessClient users have access to their own details via their their profile at the top right of their screen, and then clicking "Profile".
