How to Login into your AgencyAnalytics Account
Signing in at the Right URL
Where you log in depends on your role. Admin users and staff/client users use different login URLs β using the wrong one will prevent access even with the correct credentials.

Staff and Client users: Your agency's custom login URL can be found at the top of the Users page by your account Admin. We recommend bookmarking it to avoid confusion in the future.
Once on the correct login page, enter your email address and password, then click Login. You'll be redirected to your AgencyAnalytics environment.
Resolving General Login Issues
If you can reach the correct login page and your password is right but you still can't get in, the issue may be related to your browser or cached data.
Try these steps in order:
Type your password instead of pasting it. Pasting can introduce hidden characters.
Try a private/incognito window. If this works, the issue is with your regular browser session.
Try a different browser. This helps confirm whether the problem is browser-specific.
Disable browser extensions for the login page, as some extensions interfere with login forms.
Clear cookies and cache for AgencyAnalytics (steps vary by browser), or clear all browser cookies and cache.
Reset Your Password
If you've already triple checked that you're signing in at the right URL, and tried the general steps above, it's time to try a password reset.
Navigate to your login page (see table above). Password resets are tied to the specific login portal for your account, so starting from the wrong URL will not resolve your login issues. Click Forgot Password? below the password field.
Enter your email address and click Reset Password. A reset link will be emailed to you. Follow the link in the email, set a new password, then log in at your correct login URL.
Tip: Check your spam, junk, and Promotions folders if the email doesn't appear in your inbox within a few minutes.
Didn't Receive the Password Reset Email
If the reset email hasn't arrived, work through these checks in order:
Check spam, junk, and Promotions folders. Some email providers may route automated password reset emails to Promotions or junk.
Confirm you used the correct login URL for your role when requesting the reset. Reset emails are tied to the specific portal β requesting from the wrong URL means no email will arrive.
Confirm the email address you entered matches the one associated with your account.
Contact support. If none of the above resolves it, our team can check whether your email address has been blacklisted due to a past hard or soft bounce from our mail server. Reach out via these instructions.
Password Reset Email Received, But Password Doesn't Work
There are two things to check:
1. Are you logging in at the correct URL?
This is the most common cause. Admins must log in at app.agencyanalytics.com, and staff/client users must log in at the agency's white-labeled URL. If either group uses the other's URL, login will fail every time β even with the correct password.
2. Are you copy-pasting the password?
Copying and pasting can introduce hidden extra characters that aren't visible but cause authentication to fail. Try typing the password manually instead.
If both of the above check out, request a fresh password reset from the correct login URL and try again.
