Start With the Basics

Many of the issues customers report are browser or cookie problems that clear up in a few steps. The steps below are ordered from basic to slightly more complex, so work your way down the list. If a step doesn't apply to you, just skip it and try the next one.

Reset Your Current Environment

Sometimes things just need a quick refresh. Resetting your environment is the easiest place to start.

  1. Log out of AgencyAnalytics, then log back in to your account.

  2. Log out of the integration platform you're having trouble with, then sign back in.

  3. Check that you're using the latest version of your current browser.

  4. Turn off any ad-blockers for AgencyAnalytics and log out of any VPNs.

Open a New Neutral Environment

A fresh environment often won't have the same issue you're facing. Here are a few quick ways to open one.

  1. Open an incognito or private window in your current browser.

  2. Try a different browser. If you're using Chrome, try Firefox, and vice versa.

  3. Try a different device, like a coworker's computer or a second machine.

  4. Try a different network, like your home internet instead of your office.

❓ FAQ

Why can't I click the edit icon on my Text widget?

A text or grammar plugin, like Grammarly, may be interfering with AgencyAnalytics. These plugins can block or override clickable areas in your browser.

Try disabling the plugin for AgencyAnalytics, then reload the page. You should be able to click the edit icon on your Text widget once it's turned off.

Why does the user profile revert to a different user when I try to edit it?

An autofill or password manager browser extension (like LastPass, 1Password, or Dashlane) may be overwriting the fields automatically. This is a browser-side issue, nothing is actually changing in AgencyAnalytics.

Disable your autofill or password manager extension, then try editing the user profile again.

Why are my Analytics or Ads widgets showing no data?

An ad-blocker extension may be blocking requests from AgencyAnalytics. Ad-blockers often block anything related to advertising or analytics, which can prevent widget data from loading.

Disable your ad-blocker for AgencyAnalytics and reload the page. If you'd prefer not to disable it entirely, most ad-blockers let you whitelist specific sites.
