Start With the Basics
Many of the issues customers report are browser or cookie problems that clear up in a few steps. The steps below are ordered from basic to slightly more complex, so work your way down the list. If a step doesn't apply to you, just skip it and try the next one.
Reset Your Current Environment
Sometimes things just need a quick refresh. Resetting your environment is the easiest place to start.
Log out of AgencyAnalytics, then log back in to your account.
Log out of the integration platform you're having trouble with, then sign back in.
Check that you're using the latest version of your current browser.
Turn off any ad-blockers for AgencyAnalytics and log out of any VPNs.
Open a New Neutral Environment
A fresh environment often won't have the same issue you're facing. Here are a few quick ways to open one.
Open an incognito or private window in your current browser.
Try a different browser. If you're using Chrome, try Firefox, and vice versa.
Try a different device, like a coworker's computer or a second machine.
Try a different network, like your home internet instead of your office.
Clear AgencyAnalytics Browser Cache in Google Chrome
After following these steps, you'll need to sign in to AgencyAnalytics again.
Step 1: Click the vertical three dots in the upper-right corner of your browser to open the menu, then click Settings.
Step 2: On the Settings page, click Privacy and Security in the left menu. Then click Third-party cookies.
Step 3: Scroll down and click See all site data and permissions.
Step 4: Use the search box in the upper-right corner to search for AgencyAnalytics. In the results, find agencyanalytics.app and click the trash can icon next to it to delete the cached data for our site.
