Analyze Client Performance with AgencyAI

Ask any question about client performance, like ‘What’s the conversion rate this quarter?’ and get instant answers. No digging required.

AgencyAI appears in the right sidebar across your AgencyAnalytics account, with a couple of exceptions: it's not available in the editor for Reports and Dashboards.

Click the AgencyAI ✨ icon at the top to expand the toolbar.

With AgencyAI expanded, you can enter your own prompt at the bottom or choose from a suggestion. Suggested prompts are generated from real changes in clients' data across your selected timeframe.

You can view past AgencyAI conversations on a per-client basis by opening the AgencyAI slide-out, then clicking the clock rewind icon.

Test one of these prompts out in your AgencAI by copying and pasting it into the prompt box.

Tell me something interesting: Reveal noteworthy insights, new trends, and connections between key metrics.

Identify an opportunity: Share potential areas to capitalize on, and prove you're actively optimizing.

Celebrate a win: Share key accomplishments, reinforce your agency's value, and demonstrate ROI.

Highlight an issue: Use this prompt for anomaly detection and identifying challenges.

Within AgnecyAI, you can now upload files to give the AI more context about your client. This will then be taken into account when AgencyAI responds to chats about that client.

You can upload up to 20 files per client.

File size limit - 10mb

Supported file formats: PDF, DOCX, XLSX, PNG, JPG, JPEG, MD, Markdown, TXT, and CSV.

To upload files to the client, navigate to the client, click the Data tab at the top left, click Files on the left, then click Upload file.

AgencyAI comes with premade skills built from feedback we've gotten from customers just like you. They are at the account level and client level.

Just click the prompt in the window, and it will run.

Within AgencyAI, you can create custom skills tailored to your agency's needs. Custom skills let you define specific prompts and instructions that AgencyAI will remember and apply to your conversations, so you don't have to repeat yourself every time. You can create unlimited custom skills.

For example, you could create a skill that tells AgencyAI to always analyze performance in a particular way, highlight specific KPIs, or use your agency's own terminology.

Here is a walkthrough of adding a new skill, or read through the instructions below:

Step 1: Click the AgencyAI icon ✨ at the top right

Step 2: Click the forward slash / at the bottom of the AgencyAI window,

then click the + button in the top right of that pop-up.

Step 3: Enter a Name, Description for your skill, and write the Instructions you want AgencyAI to follow.

Step 4: Select the Visibility to be Only me or Everyone on the account, depending on whether you'd like others to use this skill as well. Then click Save.

To use the skill, click that same forward slash/ at the bottom of the AgencyAI window and click the skill from the list.

You can also delete or edit it by hovering over the skill; a pencil or trash can icon will appear.

Instead of running the same AgencyAI prompt over and over, you can schedule it to run automatically on a cadence that works for you. Schedule prompts to run daily, weekly, or just once, and the results land directly in that client's conversation history.

Think of it like scheduled reports, but powered by AI. Set up a Monday morning client summary and it's ready before your team arrives. Use it for a pre-meeting brief, a weekly check on at-risk accounts, or any prompt you find yourself retyping.

To schedule an AgencyAI prompt:

Step 1: In AgencyAI ✨, click the Schedules button.

Step 2: Click Add Schedule.

Step 3: Enter a name for your schedule (e.g., "Monday morning client summary").

Step 4: Choose the recurrence. One-time or Recurring (daily, weekly or monthly).

Step 5: Write the prompt you want AgencyAI to run (e.g., "Give me a morning summary of this client so I can read it with my coffee").

Step 6: Click Save.

Once saved, your prompt runs automatically on the set schedule. The results appear in that client's AgencyAI conversation history.

You can edit or delete Schedules by going to the Schedules tab, and choosing the pencil to edit it or the trash can to delete it.
