AI Summary
Use AI Summary to effortlessly generate a high-level overview of report or dashboard data in just a few clicks. This tool can save valuable time, streamline your team's workflow, and impress your clients with insightful, professionally crafted summaries.
Simply drag the AI Summary widget onto your report or dashboard, and the powerful AI instantly analyzes your data and creates a clear, concise summary.
Using AI Summary on reports or dashboards
AI Summary is an AI-powered object widget that can be added to a report or dashboard section. To get started, open the report or edit the dashboard section you'd like to summarize.
In the widget sidebar on the right, Click Objects, then click, drag, and drop the AI summary widget onto the report or dashboard section.
Each AI summary is generated based on the contents of the section at the time the summary is added. Changes made after the summary is generated will not be reflected unless you delete and re-add a fresh AI Summary.
The AI summary will take a few seconds to generate. Once it's done, it will be displayed in a textbox widget.
Edit an AI summary
Once generated, the AI summary can be edited in the same way as the textbox widget. To do so, click the ellipsis in the upper right of the widget, then click Edit.
Once the widget is in edit mode, you can change text size, color, and alignment or otherwise edit the generated text for your clients.
Make sure to save the Report in the upper right-hand corner of the editor to lock in your changes!
