When an integration unexpectedly disconnects, it can disrupt what data is available in your Client reporting. Getting an integration reconnected quickly ensures these disconnects don't impact your clients.

To help teams stay on top of any connection issues, all Staff and Admin users are subscribed to in-app notifications for disconnected integrations by default.

Reconnect a disconnected integration

Admin or Staff users with access to a Client with a disconnected integration will be notified in-app when they log into AgencyAnalytics.

The bell icon in the upper right of the page displays a red dot to indicate a fresh notification to view. When an integration is disconnected, the notification will display the integration name and Client name.

To reconnect quickly, simply click the Reconnect button in the notification itself. This will launch the authorization pop-up, where you can reauthorize the integration.

Clients connected to the same integration account will also be reconnected upon successful reauthorization.

Review all disconnected integrations

To view all disconnected integrations across all Clients, you have access to, from the Home page, hover over the left sidebar, then click Data Sources.

The data sources section displays every integration account connected to AgencyAnalytics. Staff with limited Client access will only see integrations from Clients they have access to.

To filter the listed integrations by Client or status, click the filters button in the upper right, then use the dropdown menus to filter the listed integrations.

In this example, our Google Analytics integration shows as disconnected. Click the integration name to open a slide-out on the right with additional details.

Here we can see that the Google Analytics integration is connected to two Clients, and both are disconnected.

In the slide-out, click the ellipsis menu to the far right of the disconnected account, then click reconnect to launch an authorization window.

Follow the prompts in the authorization window to complete the reauthorization and reconnect the integration! This process can be repeated as needed to reauthorize any disconnected integrations from across your account.
