Notifications
Setting up notifications can save you and your team valuable time. Depending on their workflows, Admin and Staff users can choose which notifications to subscribe to and whether they receive notice via email, in-app, or both.

Subscribe to Notifications
To get started, click the user profile icon in the lower left corner, then click Settings in the dropdown menu.
From Settings, click Notifications under the Account heading.
The notification management page will display all of the current notification events to which you've subscribed. Click Add Event in the upper right to create a new notification event.
In the Add Event window, click the drop-down menu and select the event for which you wish to receive notifications. Then, check off the channel(s) through which you'll be notified. Click Create to add this notification event.
Review Notifications
In-app notifications can be reviewed by clicking the Bell icon in the lower left of most pages in AgencyAnalytics. A red dot indicates an unread notification.
This opens the notification dropdown, where recent notifications are displayed. Click the cog in the upper right of this menu to quickly jump to the notification management section.
A red dot on a notification means it's new. Once you click or hover on a new notification, it's considered 'read'. This will remove the red dot and grey out the notification.
If you've subscribed to email notifications, an email will be sent to the address associated with your AgencyAnalytics user profile from noreply@notifications.clientseoreport.com.
Unsubscribe from Notifications
If you wish to unsubscribe from any notifications, you can do so from the same notification management page.
Find the notification event in the notification table, then click the ellipsis (...) on the far right of the event from which you wish to unsubscribe. Click Unsubscribe from the dropdown to launch the confirmation popover.
In the confirmation popover, click Unsubscribe to finish removing this notification event and unsubscribe.
