The most common issue we see is with client/staff users trying to login at the same login page used by the dashboard administrator.

Client/Staff users can only login using the white labeled domain/sub-domain that you've configured within your white label settings.

You can easily find this URL via your Users dashboard: It's shown at the top of the screen.

The account admin will log in at app.agencyanalytics.com (this URL will not work for staff/client users).

The password entered is incorrect. You can reset it by navigating to your login page and selecting the "Forgot password" option.

Admin users should navigate to app.agencyanalytics.com, while Staff or Client users should navigate to the white labeled URL for your company.

Once there, select "Forgot Password?" at the bottom.

Then, enter your email address and click "Reset Password". A link to reset your password will then be emailed to you. Be sure to check your spam/trash/promotional folders!

3) The same email address may have been been used for an admin user and a staff user. In this instance, users would usually receive the error message "an unexpected error has occurred". This can be resolved by deleting the staff user.

As you will not be able to login to your account to delete the staff user, reach out to our support team and we will be able to delete the staff user for you, which will allow you to login again as the admin user.

4) If the above scenarios don't apply to you, try logging in via a different browser, or in a private or incognito browser window. If logging in works in one of those, then we know the issue is related to the browser.

This means there may be something interfering with the login, like a plugin or cached data. You can try the following to potentially resolve this issue:

  • Disable browser extensions for the login page

  • Clear the browser cookies and cache for AgencyAnalytics (steps will vary depending on the browser)

  • Clear all cookies and cache from your browser

If you are still experiencing the login issue after the above steps have been followed, don't hesitate to reach out to our support team, we'll be happy to help!
