Why doesn't the password from the password reset email work?

First, are you logging in at the correct URL?

Even if you've received a password reset email that says something different, the admin user MUST login at app.agencyanalytics.com and any client/staff users MUST login at your company's white labeled URL.

If the admin logs in at the white labeled URL, or client/staff log in at the admin URL, the login will fail 100% of the time.

Second, are you copying/pasting the password in? 

Copying/pasting can introduce extraneous hidden characters. Please try typing in the password.
