Navigate to your login URL, enter your email address & password, and get to work!

To access AgencyAnalytics, Admin users can sign in via app.agencyanalytics.com, while client or staff users, must navigate to your white labeled custom URL instead.

Once on the login page, enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields, then click Login at the bottom.

Once clicked, you'll be redirected to your AgencyAnalytics environment and can jump straight into your work!

Troubleshooting login issues

Why can't I log in to my AgencyAnalytics account?

The most common issue we see is with client/staff users trying to log in to the same login page used by the account administrator.

Client/Staff users can only log in using the white-labeled domain/sub-domain that you've configured within your white-label settings. This custom URL can be found at the top of the Users page.

Password is incorrect

If your users go to the correct login URL but still don't have access, ask them to type their password into the login area rather than pasting it, as sometimes pasting can add extra characters.

If needed, you can reset your password by navigating to your login page and selecting the "Forgot password" option.

Admin users should navigate to app.agencyanalytics.com, while Staff or Client users should navigate to your company's white-labeled URL.

Once there, click "Forgot Password" below the password field.

Enter your email address, then click "Reset Password". A link to reset your password will then be emailed to you. Be sure to check your spam/trash/promotional folders!

Additional factors that may impact your login

If you've ruled out both of the above solutions to your login issue, it may be related to your browser, plugins, or cached data.

Try logging in via a different browser or in a private/incognito browser window. If logging in works via one of those, then we know the log in issue is related to the original browser used.

Please try the following to potentially resolve this issue:

  • Disable browser extensions for the login page

  • Clear the browser cookies and cache for AgencyAnalytics (steps will vary depending on the browser)

  • Clear all cookies and cache from your browser

Why is my staff/client user not receiving an email when attempting to reset their password?

If a staff or client user has forgotten their password, they’ll see the option to reset it on the login page of their white-labeled domain or subdomain.

If they have not received an email after using this link, it may be due to:

  • The email address the user is entering doesn’t match the one on their account

  • User has attempted to reset their password from the admin URL, instead of the staff/client URL

  • The email has gone to their junk/spam folder
