Account-Level Data Sources

The account-level Data Sources area gives you an overview of every integration connected across all your Clients in AgencyAnalytics. It lets you quickly check the connection status and resolve disconnection issues, such as password changes or expired tokens, without opening each Client individually.

  • View all integration connections across your account in one place

  • Filter connections by integration or by connection status

  • See connection details like account label, identifier, and the number of Clients connected

  • Reconnect an integration, visit its prebuilt dashboard, or edit its settings

  • Fully remove an integration account from AgencyAnalytics

Where to Find the Account-Level Data Sources Page

To find the account-level Data Sources page, click Data in the left-hand navigation menu from any page outside a Client.

The account-level Data Sources page displays all integration connections across the Clients in your account. Staff users will only see connections for the Clients to which they have access.

Understanding the Data Sources Table

Each column on the account-level Data Sources page provides useful information to help you manage your integration connections.

Integration

Title of the integration. Clicking the integration name will slide out more details.

Label

Shows the name, email address, username, or token for the connected integration account.

Identifier

Shows the integration account ID or sub-account, where applicable.

Clients Connected

Number of Clients to which this integration account has been connected.

Status

Displays the connection status for the related integration connections.

View and Manage a Connected Integration

Clicking an integration name on the account-level Data Sources page opens a pop-up displaying all previously connected accounts for that integration.

In the slideout, click the Ellipsis (hover-only menu icon) to the right of the integration name to open a dropdown. From this dropdown, you can quickly reconnect an integration, visit the prebuilt dashboard section, or edit settings.

Fully Remove an Integrated Account

You can fully remove an integration account from AgencyAnalytics only if it is not actively connected to a Client. This prevents accidental deletions that might interfere with reports using that integration's data.

Step 1: On the account-level Data Sources page, click the integration name to open the slideout.

Step 2: Click the Ellipsis menu in the slideout.

Step 3: In the dropdown menu, click Remove.

Step 4: Confirm the removal in the pop-up prompt.

Once the integration account is no longer connected to a Client, its status will show as Disconnected. To delete the account from AgencyAnalytics entirely:

Step 1: Click the Ellipsis menu to the far right of the disconnected integration.

Step 2: Click Delete.

Step 3: Follow the prompts in the confirmation pop-up to finalize the deletion.

FAQ

Why does the account-level page show an integration as disconnected when I just reconnected it?

The connection status on the account-level Data Sources page doesn't refresh automatically. The status only updates when someone opens that specific Client. If you reconnected an integration but haven't opened the Client yet, the account-level page may still show it as Disconnected.

To see the updated status, open the Client directly and check its Data tab.
