How to connect your Amazon Ads account to your AgencyAnalytics dashboard.

No need to log into Amazon Campaign Manager each time; once connected, your data from PPC campaigns is automatically pulled into AgencyAnalytics.

πŸ”Œ Connect Amazon Ads

To avoid a failed connection or error when integrating Amazon Ads within an AgencyAnalytics campaign, the person connecting needs:

  • Editor Access for the relevant Amazon Ads account

As well as View and Edit permissions for the following:

  • Campaign Manager

  • Posts

  • Stores Builder

  • Advertising Reports

If the above requirements are met, simply follow these steps to connect:

  1. Open the Campaign where you'd like to connect Amazon Ads

  2. Click Integrations (plug icon) on the left side menu

  3. Search Amazon Ads in the upper right search box, then click the Amazon Ads card

  4. Click Connect New Account, then select your region from the dropdown

  5. Click Continue to launch the Amazon Ads oAuth window

  6. Follow the prompts in the oAuth window to verify and finalize the connection

Once authorized, click through to select the exact account that should be connected to this campaign, then click Connect in the bottom left to finalize the connection.

Why are no accounts available in the connections list?

Double-check that the correct Region is selected; if the wrong one is selected, no accounts will be available in the connection list.

If the region is correct, then make sure whoever is connecting Amazon Ads has the Editor access level for the account in question. They also need View and Edit permissions for campaign manager, posts (beta), Store builder, billing history, and advertising reports.

Which region do I select when I connect Amazon Ads?

To successfully see data, you'll need to connect to the correct region. If the wrong one is selected, no data will be available.

The table below shows the region in the left column and the countries included in that on the right.

North America (NA)

Covers US, CA, MX, and BR marketplaces

Europe (EU)

Covers UK, FR, IT, ES, DE, NL, AE, PL, and TR

Far East (FE)

Covers JP, AU, and SG

Why doesn't my data exactly match my Amazon Ads manager?

According to Amazon's advertising documents, "small data discrepancies between the advertising console and API reports may occur and are expected due to differences in the traffic validation and data refresh processes."
